Latest Advertised Job Vacancy Trends

Some positive news for job seekers with job advertisements spiking sharply in January, continuing the strength in hiring during 2017. Despite the negative trend in December 2017, "January’s figure was up an impressive 13.8% from January 2017" according to Business Insider Australia.

A quick talk around the office and it's great to see some quantitative research backing up our daily experiences. "For our employer partners, the trend reinforces the need to have an organised, professional and timely recruitment process." according to Dan. The point here is clear - with increased job vacancies advertised, the qualities we look for in stand-out candidates may see less organised employers miss out on the right talent for their business.
