Business Development Manager - Gold Coast

Globital, one of South East Queensland's leading wholesale digital marketing companies, is looking for a fun, vibrant and energetic BDM to grow their sales, and in return support you in building your sales experience.  All about wholesale digital marketing, Globital work with clients throughout the world, and this is a great opportunity to get a foot in the door with their growing business.

Daily, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, following up on inbound leads and working to identify and close any up-sell opportunities.  You are not afraid to engage in outbound sales techniques such as telemarketing and walk ins.  If you have your own data base to tap into plus a high level of commitment to personal and professional social media management then you will be highly regarded.

It goes with out saying that you will be known for your:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Proven ability to provide quality customer service outcomes 
  • Ability to work by yourself in a self managed role
  • Experience in selling digital marketing
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative in finding innovative and inventive ways to find good prospects

To be successful as part of this team you will:

  • Have a minimum of two years experience in sales and business development
  • Be keen to achieve sales targets
  • Be able to follow direction from management and sales leaders as they train you in sales
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Have the ability to quickly learn and understand what is required of you
  • Need a level of mental acuity to be able to shift between different focuses across each day
